Brant Berglund grew up in Highlands Ranch, Colorado and graduated from Spring Valley, High School in Las Vegas, Nevada. He went on to graduate from the University of San Diego Magna Cum Laude with a degree in finance.  While at USD Brant played wide receiver on the football team that won 3 consecutive conference championships. In 2017 and 2018 Brant received the USD Scholar Athlete of the Year award.  

Brant then graduated law school from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) where he received the Dean’s Scholarship. Brant is an active real estate investor and a principal in NextUp, a sports-tech startup company. Staying active is important to Brant as he enjoys playing tennis and golf.

Recently engaged to his beautiful fiancé Kenzy Swim on July 7th, Brant is looking forward to starting a new chapter together with their 16-pound Comfort Retriever Charlie. Brant is excited about beginning his legal career at Thyne Taylor Fox Howard and becoming active in the Santa Barbara community.
